My name is Cesar Marquez. I was born in El Salvador (Central America) and raised in Chicago, Illinois. I graduated College from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelors of Science Education/Physical Education and a Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership. Previously I taught Physical Education for a total of 15 years. I taught for 11 years in Illinois and in 2017 I decided to move to San Antonio Texas with my wife. I was able to obtain a teaching job right away and taught 4 more years at San Antonio ISD. I have taught K-12 in my 15 years of teaching experience. As a teacher I believed that I made an impact in my students' lives.
In February of 2021 I decided to pursue my Real Estate license. I got my Real Estate license in September of 2021. My wife has been a Transaction Coordinator since 2017 and I have learned a lot from her when it comes down to Real Estate. I have purchased 3 homes and sold 2 of those homes that I lived in, with the help of a realtor. I loved the feeling of having someone guide me through the steps of a big transaction. I want to provide that feeling to any buyer or seller that I can help out. I speak Spanish, very outgoing, honest, and willing to do my best to help others. I look forward to helping my clients feel more at ease with their real estate transaction. I will be available to help and will do my best to make your transaction smooth.
