The first step is to schedule an appointment with an agent, who will tour the property, review the listing presentation, and identify any necessary repairs or improvements. If you choose to work with the agent, the paperwork can be signed in person or electronically. Once the paperwork is signed, the agent will work with you to plan a timeframe for the process, schedule photos, and determine the price.

The property can be on the market within three to four days, or up to two weeks, depending on your schedule. You will have the opportunity to review the listing before it goes live on the market. Throughout the process, the agent will provide ongoing updates and ensure that the property remains competitive.
Once an offer is received, the agent will provide a net sheet to help you make an informed decision. The agent will then consult with you on negotiating the terms of the offer. Once the offer is accepted, the normal contract process begins.
