Today we wanted to talk about a topic that we have heard a lot of discussion about. It has to do with new construction and the benefits of hiring an agent.

There are a lot of people that look at model homes and have the impression that the salesperson of those homes is actually a real estate agent that will help them. However, that person actually represents the builder and the builder’s interest in the transaction.

This means that having an agent when buying new construction is no different than having one when buying a resale home. Builders pay the commission, so you are not out that money.

Many people that look at model homes and have the impression that the salesperson is actually a real estate agent that will help them.

We have great relationships with some of the top builders in the area and we can help you through the process and work with the sales agents.
